Wesley Roberts was born on 28 December 1846 in Prince Edward Island, Canada. He is the son of Jane Beare and Josiah Roberts. The 1881 Census lists Wesley's occupation as blacksmith. Wesley married Eleanor Amelia (aka Helen and Ellen) Davey on 27 May 1867. Eleanor was born on 21 June 1848 in Prince Edward Island, and is the daughter of William L Davey and Harriet Ann Richards. They had five children. Eleanor (Ellen) died on 18 June 1878, and is buried at Murray Harbour Cemetery. Wesley married Emma Jane Davey on 18 December 1878. Emma was born on 15 October 1864 in Prince Edward Island, and is a sister of Eleanor and daughter of William L Davey and Harriet Ann Richards. Wesley and Emma had eight children. Emma died between 1893 and 1901. Wesley died on 14 October 1914 in Prince Edward Island.

Jessie Louisa Roberts was born on 21 April 1867 in Prince Edward Island. She was baptised on 20 April 1871 in Prince Edward Island. Louisa is the daughter of Wesley Roberts and Eleanor Amelia Davey. Louisa married Hillary James Buell in 1883 in Prince Edward Island. Hillary was born on 8 April 1862 in Prince Edward Island, and is the son of James Buell and Rebecca Roberts. Louisa died on 29 May 1898 in Prince Edward Island. She is buried in Murray Harbour Cemetery, Kings County, Prince Edward Island. Hillary died in 1926 in Stellarton, Pictou, Nova Scotia. Janie died on 17 April 1930 and John died on 8 May 1930 in Victoria Cross, Kings, Prince Edward Island. They are buried at Union Road, Queens County, Prince Edward Island. Eva is the daughter of Wesley Roberts and Eleanor Amelia Davey. Eva married Lemuel Bears on 6 November 1889 in Prince Edward Island. Lemuel was born on 5 January 1865 in Prince Edward Island, and is the son of James Bears and Charlotte Weatherbie. Eva and Lemuel had five children. Alice Suzanna Roberts was born on 8 February 1875 in Murray Harbour, Prince Edward Island. She is the daughter of Wesley Roberts and Eleanor Amelia Davy. Alice married Lemuel Julian Buell on 25 November 1891 in Toronto Lot, Prince Edward Island. Lemuel Julian Buell was born in February 1865 in Prince Edward Island, and is the son of John Robert Buell and Rachel Giddings. Alice died on 4 June 1933 in Murray Harbour, Prince Edward Island. Lemuel died on 15 October 1950 at Abney Lot, Kings County, Prince Edward Island. They are buried in Murray Harbour Cemetery, Kings County, Prince Edward Island. Nelson George Roberts was born on 8 September 1882 in Prince Edward Island. He is the son of Wesley Roberts and Emma Jane Davey. Nelson married Maud Stuart Clelland on 11 November 1908 in S Norfolk, Manitoba. Maud was born on 22 March 1889 in Manitoba, and is the daughter of James M Clelland and Mary Ann McRae.
