Ella married Malcolm N McLeod on 18 July 1905 in Prince Edward Island. Malcolm was born circa 1876. They had one child. Malcolm died on 13 October 1908 in Prince Edward Island. Ella married John Angus MacSwain in Prince Edward Island. John was born on 1 March 1877 and is the son of Neil MacSwain and Ann McLean. Ella and John had two children. John died on 13 July 1954. Ella died on 27 October 1959. Ella and John are buried at Peters Road Cemetery, Montague, Kings County, Prince Edward Island.

Laura May McLeod was born on 14 July 1906 in Prince Edward Island. She is the daughter of Ella May Hooper and Malcolm McLeod. Laura married Albert Griffin. They had one son. Laura died on 2 November 1974 in Prince Edward Island.
